We make AI understandable and useful

FL-Net AB offers practical AI training for companies, municipalities, regions, government agencies, organisations and professionals.

Our goal is simple: You should not only understand what AI is, but be able to use the technology in your work. The courses focus on practical working methods with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other current AI tools.

We offer instructor-led courses on site and via Teams, as well as self-study courses online. The range includes foundation courses, advanced courses, courses for the public sector, leadership courses and shorter introductory courses.

From internet pioneer to AI educator

FL-Net was founded by Michael Ländin and Helene Fredholm on 20 May 1996. The company was involved early on in the development of the internet, websites, digital marketing and web services.

When generative AI took off in 2022, we saw the next major technological shift. AI training is now FL-Net's largest business area.

The same idea has guided us since the start: New technology should be made understandable, practical and accessible, even for those without a technical background.

Training you can use right away

Our courses are based on the participants' real work tasks. This can include writing and editing texts, analysing information, creating presentations, planning projects, automating tasks or using AI as support for ideas and decisions.

We also cover opportunities, limitations, information security, ethics and the rules organisations need to comply with.

Participants should leave the course with knowledge and methods they can use directly in their everyday work.

Michael Ländin

Michael Ländin is CEO, founder and course instructor at FL-Net. He has worked with technical development, entrepreneurship and education since the 1990s and has helped thousands of decision-makers and professionals understand and use new technology.

Michael has created the self-study courses on fl-net.ai and leads FL-Net's instructor-led courses and lectures. His strength is explaining complex technology in a simple, engaging and concrete way.

FL-Net has trained participants from private companies, municipalities, regions, government agencies, universities and organisations. Customers include ICA, Saab, AFRY, the Swedish Tax Agency, MSB, the Swedish National Space Agency and several Swedish municipalities and regions.
