This is not an ordinary AI training

AI is currently changing how we work, lead, communicate, make decisions, and develop our organizations. But the biggest difference will not arise between humans and AI. It will arise between those who have learned to use AI and those who have not yet done so.

In this training, you will not only hear about the future. You will step right into it yourself.

During an intensive and inspiring training, you will discover how modern AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other leading services can become practical work tools in your everyday life. You will learn to write better, analyze faster, create presentations, summarize documents, prepare decision support, do research, create images, build your own AI solutions, and automate tasks that previously took hours.

This is not about a few smart commands. It's about a completely new way of working.

Among other things, you will learn how to ask better questions to AI, how to create really good instructions using the SPUR methodology, and how to use AI as an advisor, sounding board, researcher, copywriter, analyst, idea generator, and personal assistant. You will also try how AI can be used to create images, code, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, meeting notes, and customized GPTs and agents.

The training also provides a clear picture of what is happening right now in AI. You will encounter the opportunities, but also the risks. We cover security, copyright, ethics, bias, the EU AI Act, and what the demand for AI knowledge means for companies, organizations, managers, and employees.

At the same time, we look ahead. How does working life change when AI can reason, analyze, create, program, and perform tasks independently? Which roles will change? What happens to leadership? And how do we ensure that the technology empowers people instead of making us passive or dependent?

The training is led by Michael Ländin, AI teacher, keynote speaker, tech entrepreneur, and CEO of FL-Net AB. He has worked with technology, education, and digital development since the 1990s and combines long experience with a practical and accessible pedagogy.

There will be no long theoretical lectures where you just sit and listen. You will see concrete examples, try for yourself, and work with tasks that are close to your own business. The goal is that immediately after the training you will be able to use AI to save time, improve quality, and develop both your own work and your organization.

You do not need to be a technician or have any special prior knowledge. The training is designed for regular users, managers, leaders, administrators, communicators, project managers, HR, economists, entrepreneurs, and anyone else who wants to understand how AI can be used in practice.

The most important thing is not which AI tool you use today. The most important thing is that you start building the competence that will be required tomorrow.
